Hi Tanya,
First of all, Thank you for making everything possible. Your patience in answering all of our questions and even a skype session to clear all doubts.
Our boy is doing very well and growing up really fast! He has a friendly character and warms up to everyone including visitors.
He’s also very calm towards little animals when he sees them, sitting or lying down on the floor, making himself seem smaller. Loves to sit by the porch and watch the birds go by.
As it can get really hot over here, he loves the AC and sleeps with me indoors but knows not to climb onto couches or other furniture.
He also learns really fast, picking up commands within minutes!
Thank you again for bringing this little bundle of joy into our lives!
Larky

Larky is the third shepherd I have owned; but the first Swiss shepherd. She has all the positive attributes of a German shepherd – highly intelligent, loving and full of the joy of living. But Larky has more; she is very sociable, can be trusted to walk through our local playground and be friendly and gentle with toddlers as well as with children and adults. And, she loves other dogs and they love her. We have a puppy living next door and she is constantly trying to escape to come over and play with Larky. While I am at work, another neighbour comes in and takes Larky to the beach for a playdate with their Labrador that is several months older than Larky. The lab is a reluctant swimmer so Larky races into the water to retrieve the sticks, brings them out then passes them to her Labrador friend.
She is such a joy to take out walking in parks or dog beaches because she can be trusted off lead to behave and respond to commands – and, she has been like this since she was about 10 months old.
On top of all this she is absolutely beautiful – especially on the day she has had a bath!

Our white shepherd is 5½ months now & is the best thing that has happened to us since the earthquakes, very placid with a great temperament & quick & eager to learn & please. We started training him straight away so that he knew some basics very early…..toilet training was easy.
Although we don’t have children at home full time when our grandchild comes to stay & we go visiting where there are children he is really good with them, so much so that people are amazed at his good behavior for one so young.
We believe that he has been matched perfectly with us & is great inside the house & knows when he has to stay outside when we are working, he is just naturally an excellent dog to have around…..loves going swimming too. Sometimes I think he might be too intelligent with some of the things he does & it amazes me. We both love him & he gives us so much pleasure.
Hydro

Hi Tanya,
Hydro is the most loving and gentle boy we could ever wish for, our cat Bobby taught him everything he needed to know about respect for others and we have filled in the gaps.
Hydro comes to work with us everyday, and now sites on the floor in the office patiently waiting for customers to say hello to him, he thinks that’s his invitation to meet and greet.
Our grandchildren love him also and the wee 4 year old has pretty good basic command of him which amazes me.
We feel on the whole that Hydro has good manners with people and food, and the beach and our farmlet are his two most favourite places to be.

Anya

In December 2012, we brought home Anya, our White Swiss Shepherd puppy from Pandora Kennels. As soon as I spoke to Tanya on the phone about her girl Nike expecting a litter, I knew she was 100% dedicated to her dogs and their puppies.
Tanya was wonderful with us as we waited for the puppies to be old enough to go to their new homes. She regularly sent updates and pictures so that we could be a part of Anya’s life before we’d even met her.
From the first day we had Anya, she has been a loving and intelligent dog who has learnt incredibly quickly and always wants to please us. She has a gentle but playful nature and was obviously well socialised since birth, a tribute to Tanya and her family for their hands on approach.
Anya is stunning. Every time we go out, people comment and ask about her. They are always impressed by her character as well as her looks.
Tanya has kept in touch with us, always happy to hear how Anya is and see the many photos of Anya we send through. We couldn’t have had a better experience and I recommend both Pandora Kennels and White Swiss Shepherds to anyone who wants a very special dog and companion.
